The Mission Support Business Unit has a career opportunity for a DCGS-A Trainer Developer in the Division West at Fort Hood in Killeen, TX.
The position will develop and present Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) training to all mobilizing units for Division West. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Develop, update and maintain courseware as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of the material
*Develop practical exercises, training aids and other required course curriculum
*Tailor training to soldiers with varying levels of experience
*Provide doctrinal review, development, assessment and associated tactics to develop needed intelligence skills in support of deploying units and the Division West training mission
*Conduct training as required by the Division West G2 representative at each exercise or training event
*Instruct soldiers on the operational use of DCGS-A applications and advanced All Source analysis skills
*Conduct retraining of individuals in a one-on-one setting as necessary to ensure training audience proficiency
*Apply skills and knowledge of intelligence disciplines in a training environment
*Conduct After Action Reviews (AAR) as applicable
To execute DCGS-A training the employee will use DCGS-A applications, U. S. Army Intelligence doctrine, methods of intelligence analysis, and perform curriculum, and associated materials development.

Required Education and Experience
*A Bachelor s Degree in a related discipline (an additional 4 years of relevant military experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor s degree)
*8+ years of relevant work experience
*Minimum 4 years experience and knowledge of Army Intelligence systems, particularly DCGS-A
*Must have knowledge and background using DCGS-A tools and applications, to include, but not limited to, Multi-Function Workstation (MFWS), Pathfinder, AXIS or AXISPro, i2 Analyst s Notebook, Collection Management Toolkit (CMT), Query Tree NG, NAI Tool, ArcGIS, and PSI Jabber

Codes and abstracts information from a variety of medical records and assigns appropriate codes based on medical documentation using CPT-4 and/or ICD-9 coding guidelines. Follows strict coding guidelines within established productivity standards for all accounts assigned. Principal Accountabilities
? Addresses billing/coding related inquires for providers as needed, U.S. only.
? Interacts with other healthcare professionals and physicians regarding coding issues, U.S. only.
? Responsible for attending meetings and inservices to enhance coding knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials.
? Assists with the education, teaching, auditing and reporting with physicians, specialists, clinicians, and residency program and faculty.
? Maintains patient confidentiality.
Required Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of policies and procedures for the work area.
- Integrates knowledge and experience as a skilled specialist.
- Possesses broad knowledge of related processes, disciplines and/or technologies and their interdependencies.
