All Source Training Instructor

The position shall provide support for Army intelligence systems, doctrine, analysis and operations, curriculum development and perform associated materials development and supporting instructional duties in support of the NCO Academy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Develop, update and maintain courseware as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of the material.
* Conduct training exercises, to include real world oriented training scenarios and exercises. Scenarios and exercises must be designed to maximize student participation and be directly linked to course material. Scenarios and exercises must stress a variety of analytical methodologies including analysis of competing hypothesis, evidentiary inferential analysis, link analysis, and time/event analysis.
* Post exercise critiques and complete written evaluation of student's performance in accordance with established procedures.
* Participate in testing, retraining and retesting of students
BA and 4+ years of related experience or enough years of experience in lieu of degree
The Instructors for the NCOA course must have honorably served as a senior level NCO or Warrant Officer equivalent in one of the following MOSs; 35F, 35G, 35N, 35P, 35S, 35Q and 35T MOSs, or any applicable MI MOSs as needed by the NCOA, or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. government agency conducting tactical or strategic operations for a minimum of 6 years.
The candidate must have practical experience applicable to training knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with senior grade positions in MOS 35F, 35G, 35N, 35P, 35S, 35Q and 35T MOSs, or any applicably MI MOSs as needed by the NCOA. Senior NCO is described as Sergeant First Class (SFC) or higher.
The candidate must have a valid TS/SCI or interim TS security clearance at the start of subcontract performance and be able to maintain this clearance throughout the life of the subcontract.
The candidate must possess current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and DoD Directives relating to Intelligence Operations.
The candidate must have experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to Intelligence operations.
The candidate must meet and maintain all Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TR350-70 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies. It is preferred that contract instructors possess current applicable instructor qualifications (i.e. - ABIC, ITC, and SGITC) upon acceptance of employment as required. If
