Job Description: The RMS IT End User Services department is looking for a well-organized, self-motivated, Computer Refresh Coordinator. This position will require a conscientious person to lead high visibility computer refresh processes in a fast paced environment. The Refresh Coordinator will work with End User Services suppliers and adjunct team to oversee the end to end computer refresh coordination across all RMS sites. Utilizing Raytheon refresh processes and methods, the Coordinator will meet with cross-functional teams and participate on multi-business teams; collaborating with all levels to ensure service success. Job responsibilities: Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Knowledge and understanding of processes and procedures Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and deadlines Communicate and Coordinate computer refresh plans Communicate weekly, monthly and yearly metrics Identify and engage appropriate technical and business resources for service delivery issues Effectively manage multiple suppliers and deployments simultaneously Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Proficient use of Microsoft applications (i.e., Outlook, Skype, Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Effectively manage multiple deployments simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to interface with internal customers, management, suppliers and outside vendors Desired Skills: Experience adding and removing users and assets in Active Directory Understanding of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Knowledge of Raytheon packaging process Understanding of Raytheon deployment process Six Sigma certification ITIL or other service management certifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management or related discipline 115486
