**Part Time Supervisor (PTS)**
The Part Time Supervisor (PTS) in partnership with the store management team is responsible to drive the financial results through exceptional store standards, execution of company strategies, and positive customer interaction. The PTS supports the team in fostering a positive work environment to ensure employee and customer satisfaction. This position has no direct reports but is responsible with the management team on the coaching, training, and performance of the store teams.
+ Communicates professionally and effectively with the team (Management and Sales Associates).
+ Assists management team in building and maintaining a successful team by participating in recruiting, hiring, staffing, coaching and development.
+ Provides feedback to Store Manager on performance and progress of Sales Associates.
+ Capitalizes on opportunities to train, coach, and redirect on the selling floor as needed.
+ Maintains a strong and genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
+ Monitors and adheres to all safety regulations and policies as directed by the company.
+ Partners with store team to maintain company standards of a neat, clean, and organized store.
+ Builds customer loyalty through company sponsored programs.
+ Contributes to and leads the team on delivering customer service by engaging talent and encouraging positive customer interactions.
+ Effectively analyzes the business and takes necessary action to improve results.
+ Communicates KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to the team through effective use of the daily sales planner.
+ Ensures asset protection through a consistent high level of customer service, education, and operational controls
+ Utilizes all company tools to plan, track, and report completion of tasks and financial results.
+ As Sales Leader on Duty executes merchandising standards including visual, signage, and sales promotions.
+ Utilizes reactionary merchandising to maintain store standards based on sell thru and/or assortment levels.
+ Partners with store management team on promotional planning, markdown execution, and product placement.
+ Merchandises to company standards and executes Company directive within set timelines.
+ Adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

+ High school diploma or GED minimum requirement, BS/BA degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisory position preferred.
+ Demonstrated supervisory skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisors.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
+ Demonstrated customer engagement skills.
+ Must be able to build relationships in order to foster teamwork and develop partnerships.
+ Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time;climb up and down a ladder.
+ Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping and reaching.
+ Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
+ Any availability changes must be approved by the Store Manager and will be approved based on business needs.
+ Scheduled working shifts from 3-8 hours in length _(applicable state laws apply)._
+ Minimum number of hours is not guaranteed.
