Duties and Responsibilities

* Process invoices in RailTrac for submission to SAP. Works with IT support to clear errors on the interface report
* Familiar with OLA processing in SAP. Ensures that the invoices appropriately validate against an outline agreement in SAP. Works with Transportation and Procurement to make corrections
* Performs reporting on maintenance spend as needed
* Understands ConocoPhillips Transportation Rail Maintenance Processes and Business plans
* General knowledge of North America rail industry, where railroad shops and vendor operate as well understanding of rail car types and products in rail car
* Assists with RailTrac trip exceptions and root cause elimination
* Set up material management (MM) invoice payment functionality for rail data invoices
* Strong conceptual understanding of SAP master data, including vendor master
* Partner with vendors and internal groups to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
* RailAcct subject matter expertise; understanding of system and interfaces between RailAcct and SAP

* Support the customer self-service tool (ITStore)
* Work day-to-day operational issues submitted by customers through Remedy ticketing system
* Participate in on-call rotation
* Assessing and testing new releases of software for cross-application tools
* Support customers adding documentation to the IT Knowledge Center and ensuring details are precise and documented according to best practices
* Identifying key processes, ensuring a common approach to process design and providing standardized process documentation
* Work with business units, business partners and IT support to ensure compliance with global processes and controls.
* Establishing and ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines, standards and best practices in the use and deployment of cross-application solutions
* Researching, recommending and, when appropriate, developing solutions to enable the organization to meet compliance obligations or operational needs.
* Providing training and consulting on tools and processes.
* Translating business needs/strategies into IS requirements and source IT services to meet requirements
* Understanding business processes end-to-end, actively measuring business contribution of systems and initiating improvement to the process and/or system
* Reviewing range of existing solutions available and presenting options and recommendations to the customer on which ones to use.
Basic/Required:
* Legally Authorized to work in the United States
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Ability and willingness to provide day-to-day support on a 24x7 basis
Preferred:
* Bachelor s Degree or 3 years of direct experience in the Information Technology field
* Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
* Detail oriented
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to network and communicate with all levels of support
* Previous experience in software support including knowledge of SAP
