Implementations Project Manager
Benefit Informatics is seeking the ideal candidate for an Implementations Project Manager. The candidate will be highly organized with previous experience implementing and configuring software products. In addition, the candidate will have excellent customer / vendor relation skills. This position will report to the Manager of Implementations and will be located in our Tulsa office.
The primary objective of this position is to manage the process of installing / configuring software products that meet customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
* Review / assess contract deliverables and establish a project plan for delivery
* Coordinate kickoff call with customers, establish relationship and set expectations for successful implementation
* Coordinate the process of accessing data from insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators, and other third party vendors
* Prioritize and track requests of internal development team
* Verify development efforts to assure customer expectations will be met
* Create / configure customer website
* Coordinate training with training department
* Proactively track and communicate status to customer and internal management
Required Experience:
Work Environment
* Position is based in the Benefit Informatics office located in the Jenks, OK (suburb of Tulsa)
* Typical work hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Central time
* Certain evening or weekend hours may be necessary based on customer or project requirements
Experience, Education and Skills
* Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts both in written form and orally
* Excellent customer / vendor relation skills
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and a keen eye for details
* Expert end-user knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
* Bachelor degree in MIS, Business or related field
* Minimum of 5 years experience in software implementation/support
* Formal project management training and experience is a plus
* Direct experience in healthcare finance or medical benefit plan administration is a plus
* Working knowledge of SQL-Server stored procedures, table definitions and queries is a plus
