Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative within SGIs Federal
Sales Division, you will work within a designated territory
and partners to qualify, develop and close sales
opportunities for technical computing and storage
solutions. This position requires excellent solution
selling skills to manage all aspects of the sales cycle,
resulting in meeting or exceeding the assigned team sales
quota. You will interact with field sales, pre-sales system
engineers, channel partners and customers in your
Job Responsibilities: Pursue and close new business. Learn
and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services,
industry trends, and competition. Achieve target number of
proactive/outbound calls per day into identified prospects
and install base accounts to achieve revenue targets. Work
with SE and channel partners to technically qualify and
advance opportunities to closure. Create and deliver sales
presentations, including working with an SE and channel
partner to deliver product demonstrations using phone/or
web-based remote demo technology. Maintain focus on the
Total Customer Experience in all interactions with
customers and partners. Weekly forecasting managed in
Oracle CRM Respond immediately to customer inquiries.
We are looking for an exceptional "can-do" attitude and
outstanding time management and communication skills.
Job Requirements: 4-5 years of previous inside sales experience (or related
field sales, channel sales or sales development
experience), preferably in the hardware technology
industry. Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
