Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Provides physical care to residents as indicated by the individualized plan of care. Participates with other related services for the resident's total well-being. Provides observations, documentation and reports changes on each resident to the appropriate Licensed Staff according to established policy, procedure and regulations. Cleans and performs light daily housekeeping in resident rooms to maintain safe, orderly and sanitary conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS(minimum requirements)
Education and/or years experience required:
EXPERIENCE: Previous nursing home experience is desirable.
Licensure/Certifications required:
TRAINING/CERTIFICATION: Must be registered with the Minnesota Department of Health Nursing Assistant Registry or enrolled in an accredited Nursing Assistant Course.
