As the RN, you will work closely with our clinical team. You would assist with resident assessments and the implementation of our residents individualized care plan, document new physician orders and communicate to staff, observe, document, and report changes in resident condition, partner with other healthcare staff to maintain compliance with state and federal regulation and New Perspective protocols. You will work with the team that encourages and supports the residents in Living Life On Purpose by focusing in the 4 Pillars (Physical Fitness, Brain Fitness, Dining Experience, and Social/Spiritual Enrichment). The RN champions the Mission, Values and Principles of Service every day.
Position Summary
Performs all necessary RN duties as required by state regulations.
Assists in monitoring and training caregivers for all clinical issues in the community
Responsible to coach team members as needed to ensure performance expectations, and clinical measures are met.
Communicates and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective way.
Champions hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
Attends and participates in team meetings including Town Hall and departmental meetings.
A current RN license in the state in which the community is located.
