Develops and evaluates commissioning efforts for major or critical projects. Executes complex assignments requiring the use of advanced techniques, resulting in the development of new or improved understanding and/or methods. May assess feasibility or soundness of proposed commissioning services or technical applications when data are insufficient. Work requires a broad knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and a good knowledge of principles and practices of related specialties. Performs design reviews, reviews plans and contract documents for accuracy. Verifies that all systems installed and operate according to the original design intent. Performs quality reviews. Responsible for mentoring and training other staff members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in applicable field and seven years related experience or seventeen years combined education and applicable experience. LEED AP is preferred. Professional accreditation as a certified commissioning professional preferred.
