The US business immigration specialists at Egan LLP help our institutional clients address the challenges associated with managing today''s globally mobile workforce. Egan LLP helps companies and their employees efficiently relocate wherever they need them to be. The firm''s comprehensive range of US business immigration services include obtaining both immigrant and non-immigrant status and visas. We also provide a range of US immigration advisory services for employees and their employers including program review and recommendations, Department of Labor as well as I-9 audits and other services. We are currently seeking an Associate Lawyer to manage multiple and challenging U.S. business immigration engagements and to contribute to the delivery of solutions and ideas for our diverse clients. Responsibilities: * Demonstrate a solid understanding of U.S. business immigration law and effectively apply this knowledge to client situations. * Prepare and submit non-immigrant, immigrant and PERM applications in a high volume environment. * Facilitate the legal movement of employees across borders for business travel. * Manage law clerks and other client service team members. Qualifications: * JD along with admission to any US State Bar. * Over 3 years of business immigration experience, with an emphasis on high-volume H-1, L-1, NIV and PERM filings * Strong client management skills * Ideally, the candidate will have experience in providing advisory services like those described above * Excellent managerial, organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
