Job Details:
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide routine and emergency pastoral care to neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, families and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be an ordained clergy person with an MDiv from an accredited seminary or be a professed religious with comparable theological training.
Must possess a minimum of four (4) units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) with at least two (2) advanced units.
Must be board certified by COC or National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) or eligible.
Must have ecclesiastical endorsement.
Must possess three to five (3-5) years pastoral congregational experience plus two (2) years of hospital experience.
Must have excellent human relation skills, spiritual assessment skills and counseling skills.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
