Billing Implementation Specialist
OTHER: Identifies, recommends and implements billing frequency and media type for high-level major/national multi-market accounts, often within the 'Fortune 1000' arena. Gathers technical specifications and requirements, analyzes and prioritizes requests, and implements technical conversions and updates. Creates, tests and automates complex eBilling (Electronic Billing) set ups and enhancements.
Participates on major account implementation rollouts for eBilling solutions with customers and BSD Account Management, to ensure optimal billing setup.
Provides technical recommendations to customers, presents solutions and assists the parties in understanding the benefits of how they may integrate with Office Depot's eBilling solution, with the objective to increase cost savings for both the customer and Office Depot, while optimizing the customer's billing experience. Responsible for the ongoing management of eBilling solutions for new and existing eBilling customers
