Job Details:
* Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating a proprietary analytics tool for Jupiter Medical Center. Must be able to analyze data to determine accuracy and be able to formulate new logic when data requirements change.
The Systems Analyst / Programmer must be able to work independently. The candidate must have advanced skills in MS SQL, HTML Programming Language, Microsoft Access and Excel. Advanced skills in Business Objects or similar tool sets are required.
The skilled candidate must have 3-5 years' experience in IT with an AA / BA in programming or related field. Prior Healthcare experience a plus. Position needs to have prior database experience and be able to maneuver and be comfortable with table structures of many different Healthcare systems using MS SQL or Oracle data bases. Position requires working well with all levels of staff and management and will be exposed to upper management interaction. Must be detail oriented and be able to communicate with users to determine what types of information users are looking for.
