1. REVIEWS QUOTE REQUEST
by
analyzing the given information and verifying that all needed data is available to continue processing the request.
2. DEVELOPS AND MODIFIES PRODUCT DRAWINGS
by
following instructions and information on the quote request; applying applicable safety and accessibility guidelines to create a product layout; identifying components within the layout; and showing dimensions between components within the layout.
3. RESOLVES PROBLEMS AND DISCREPANCIES
by
analyzing and correcting errant data; conferring with representatives if needed.
4. MAINTAINS RECORDS
by
keeping complete and accurate files for each project.
5. GENERATES PRICING INFORMATION
by
entering project data into the pricing database, selecting the correct information from the various menus, and saving the generated PDF files to the proper location.
6. CREATES 3D PICTURE OF PROPOSAL
by
choosing appropriate viewpoints and assigning colors selected by representatives, placing the rendered images into a Power Point template and adding the appropriate project information and drawing number.
7. ACTS AS AN INFORMATION RESOURCE
by
answering questions and offering suggestions to in-house co-workers as well as associates out in the field.
8. CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT
by
accomplishing related results in a timely and efficient manner as they are required or needed.
9. MAINTAINS COMPLIANCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD
by
complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
